‘Israeli dancing as you never knew it could be with Lavinia Sabari’ - 5.00 pm –5.50 pm

This event is for all teenagers.

Constructive Conversations—Launching Sha’arei Tsedek’s Anglo/Israel Learning and Engagement Programme in conversation with Dr Keith Kahn-Harris

Author of ‘Uncivil War—the Israeli Conflict in the Jewish Community’, Dr Keith Kahn-Harris will reflect on how Jewish communities in the UK and worldwide are engaging with Israel; the challenges, the possibilities, and the ways to begin and sustain better, richer conversations.

Dr Keith Kahn-Harris

Dr Keith Kahn-Harris is a sociologist. At Leo Baeck College he is the Course Team for the MA programme and teaches courses on Understanding British Jewry and on dissertation preparation. He is the author of 4 books including Turbulent Times: The British Jewish Community Today (Continuum 2010), Judaism: All That Matters (Hodder Education 2012) and Uncivil War: The Israel Conflict in the Jewish Community (David Paul Books 2014).
